Tell us what you think! What feedback do you have?
Is the Internet really dangerous?
Do I need to worry about social media sites?
Is it okay if my child has his/her own web site?
My child wants to have a Facebook page; what do I need to know to help me decide if this is okay?
Is Twitter dangerous for students?
Find out the answers to these and many more questions at our Creating Awareness for Technology Safety Night. It will be held at Oak Hill School on Tuesday, October 23rd at 6 p.m. This will be an evening for parents and students to learn how to maintain safety for their families in regard to technology.
Because technology is an important part of our everyday lives, we want to be assured that we have been PROACTIVE in promoting an awareness of technology safety.
Student experts along with Oak Hill parent and Technology Support Coordinator, Amy Woodard, has teamed with Oak Hill Teachers, DeLyn Beard, Deanna Barton, Fran Riley, and Amy Slagle to present this important program. There will be separate sessions for students and parents; these sessions will be based on students' ages.
Technology truly brings learning to life at Oak Hill School!
